Do I need any technical skills to use this?
No. If you can type a message and follow basic instructions, you can use this plugin. Installation takes about 10 minutes and full step-by-step instructions are included. The commands are simple — you type /full-run and the agent does the work.

What do I need to get started?
You need a paid Claude plan (Pro or Max), the Claude Desktop app (free download), and the Claude Chrome extension (free from the Chrome Web Store). All three are from Anthropic — the company behind Claude AI. Full installation instructions are included with your purchase.

What sites does the agent browse?
Zillow, Redfin, Trulia, and Homes.com. The agent only visits these approved sites — it will never browse outside this list unless you explicitly tell it to.

Will it find expired listings?
It finds expired listing signals — properties that went off market without recording a sale, Make Me Move listings, and long days-on-market patterns that suggest a listing is near expiration. For a direct pull of just-expired listings, your MLS or broker can provide that separately. The agent is strongest on FSBOs and active listings showing motivation signals.

What price range works best?
The agent works across all price ranges, but FSBO volume is highest in the $150K–$500K range. At luxury price points ($700K+) FSBOs are rarer — sellers at that level typically want full representation. If you work the luxury market, the agent still provides value through expired listing monitoring and price reduction tracking.

Does it send the outreach for me?
No — and that's intentional. The agent drafts the messages and has them ready to go with your name, phone number, and email already in them. You review, edit if you want, and send yourself. This keeps you in control of every communication that goes out under your name.

What happens if a site blocks the agent or shows a CAPTCHA?
If a site throws a verification challenge, the agent pauses and asks you to complete it manually. It takes about 10 seconds, then the run continues. After your first run, most sites recognize the session and CAPTCHAs become less frequent.

Does this work on Mac and Windows?
Yes. Claude Desktop is available for both macOS and Windows (x64).

Is this a subscription?
No. This is a one-time purchase. You own the plugin. There are no recurring fees from us — the only ongoing cost is your Claude plan, which you may already have.
